01 — My approach
Before defining any action, I start by understanding where you really stand. Your business, your offer, your teams, your challenges, what works and what blocks progress. The communication I structure must serve your growth, not the other way around.
I talk with you, and with your teams when needed, to grasp your business reality, your goals and your constraints. I review what already exists in communication: what works, what's missing, what's inconsistent.
Together we define a clear communication strategy aligned with your priorities. Key messages, positioning, target audiences, levers to activate, organisation to put in place. You know where you're headed and why.
I build the action plan, set priorities and coordinate. I work with your teams and partners (agencies, freelancers, suppliers). I am the convergence point for everything that touches your communication.
I don't stop at strategy. I also step into operational delivery: content production, speaking engagements, media relations, brand platform, sales materials, internal communication, events... What needs to ship, ships.

03 — Engagement models
I act as your company's fractional Communication Director, on an ongoing basis. I define the strategy, steer the communication plan, execute initiatives, coordinate teams and partners, and support your speaking engagements. You get senior-level governance without the constraints of hiring. For whom: You don't have an in-house Communication Director. Or the role is vacant. Or you want to move forward now, without waiting to recruit. Duration: Long-term engagement, renewable.
Your communication exists but isn't governed, coherent or aligned with your company's reality. I step in to restore order and effectiveness. Diagnosis, strategy, messages, operational action plan: you leave with a clear roadmap and the tools to sustain it. For whom: You sense something is blocking progress but don't know exactly what or how to take the topic back in hand. Duration: Time-bound assignment with defined deliverables.
You have a pivotal moment to support, such as a launch, repositioning, strategic announcement or transformation. I frame the project, define the communication strategy, and steer deployment and all stakeholders through to completion. For whom: You have a structuring project and want to ensure communication is up to the stakes. Duration: Assignment scoped to the project.
